From our olive grove, we contemplate Monsaraz – a medieval Village, solid and high, that mellows the contorted trees with its warm grandiosity. We look at the white spots of the chalk and the oxidized tone of the slabs of the wall. We look at it on the top of the hill, the only hill that our eyes can see. There are no walls surrounding us.

Monsaraz is up there and down here the land is flat. We feel the smell of the clay soil, the heat in our bodies and we remember dad Joaquim, of his efforts to plant the olive grove that we chose to make our olive oil from. drop Monsaraz – we drip Monsaraz. We salute the ancestors who lived in this land.

Our olive oil is made with a DOP variety called Cobrançosa, an olive that tastes like fresh and bitter leafs. It is a flavor of hope in this land of hot sun. It is a green flavor, that makes us believe in the future.

drop Monsaraz comes in light and practical bottles. We reduced the materials to minimize the environmental footprint. We believe in a sustainable and familiar agriculture; therefore, we have converted our lands to organic farming.

Our olives are harvested and transformed into olive oil on the same day. Its state of maturation results in a low yield of olive oil, but in a product of high nutritional value. The therapeutic qualities of this olive oil drips health in our life.
